so NASDAQ listing is highly confidential, but you think this information was leaked to the stockhouse team before an annoucement?

When a foreign company is on one of the lower-tier OTC exchanges, it trades with a 5-character symbol suffixed with an "F", thus Hive on the U.S. OTC is HVBTF. When said foreign company moves to the NASDAQ ( or the NYSE or AMEX, for that matter ), they will get a new symbol that usually drops the "F" suffix.

Since one of Hive's Directors is Marcus New, founder of Stockhouse, we can be quite certain he is aware of the impending uplist and has passed "the word" to the minions running this place and they have begun preparations, accordingly.
