Hi Ron
Here is my take on what took place
How long does it take a trade to settle?
2 days, right
That is what happened as the APHA shares had to be sold & then rethought as the new Tilray cdn shares.
They couldn't just be converted over, they had to be sold
That is also why there will be tax consequences for shares held in a cash or registered account

We could trade APHA Cdn shares up until 4 pm on Tuesday
Then they were sold & rebought on Wednesday and those trades settled today (Friday)
