Its projects include Wemindji James Bay Property, Kyle Lake Property, Viljoenshof Diamond Project and James Bay Lowlands Property. RE:NEWSThose two directors - Lorie and the Chief - have been getting shares for debt for years. Don’t know why Chuck is still doing it now that the Co has raised some money. TSX-V will only permit shares-for-debt if the company can prove they have no cash.

The two guys have been dumping the shares whenever they got above 5 cents. Until late 2020, the Chief hold no shares but did buy some small amount at the open mkt. Lorie is a retired lawyer and has no shares except Deferred Share Units (DSU’s).

The DSU’s are so-called “Phantom Shares” to be awarded upon death or when booted from the Board.
