RE:RE:RE:Just to add

I lost $12k on my tsx Aphria conversion to Tilray?  How could all of us have gotten this interpretation wrong???

I mean we are not all ceo or financial gurus here but I am sure we are not all dummies here either.

My guess is this was not presented accurately in the prospectus I received and reviewed.   I thought the tsx Aphria listed shares would first be converted to Tilray shares at .8381.  From there you multiply that by the Tilray closing USA price at conversion date.  From there you multiply that figure by the exchange rate if roughly 1.27 at the time.  That then tells you how much your proceeds are.  From those proceeds you deduct the total cost of your Aphria shares.  That then tells you how much you made or lost.   I lost $12k.   Total bs.  Meanwhile I was up around $40k at the recent peak in price a few months ago.   Total bs again.

Oh well like I said this is a long term hold for me so there isn't too much to get worked up about here.

Those who were looking to swing trade or sell upon conversion probably got the shaft.

Ron
