some guessing !- need the drilling ( plan / permits) to get signed off by govn't
- Simmons drilling wouldn't commit 6 million till above is signed off ( i as a company wouldn't either )
- may have to consolidate then Simmons puts up the money thus a placement is set out at some     kind of new consolidated share price.
- don't under estimate our refinery partner, ( multi generational Mexican family ) is well liked in     Mexico.
- long term could have a great partnership, with IFR, Simmons drilling company ( could be an   avenue for Simmons to eventually be a public company ) and the refinery familly moving forward   with a pubilic company in Mexico in the resource area.
- hopefully, since the new president in Mexico, 2 1/2 years now, everyone isn't fed up and called it   quits.
