I'm the most bullish about the real estate acquisition out of all projects and believe that is tied in with Sage. If there is no Sage then there will be no acquisition.
I've lowered expectations on Alberta. We were told substantial deal with famous names will be announced and then a few weeks later lots of famous names announced projects in Alberta but not with grb.
Only reason for Devon to hold onto news is he can be awarded shares based on current share price with each of his projects.
So grb share price falling is advantageous to Devon if he believes in GRB. Maybe that is what is going on who knows.
