" .....a basher is a poster with an agenda to deliberately and purposely attempt to greatly inflate the value of a stock by doing everything within their power to substantially lower the price of the equity by employing lies, deception, over exuberance and often working in unison with other bashers. They attempt to precipitate a downward movement on a stock by convincing others to sell however, this is a fairly ineffectual effort as one person conducting a play such as this is unlikely to have much effect on a multi million dollar stock."
