" NEW YORK (TheStreet) --Shares ofTobira Therapeutics(TBRA)are skyrocketing on heavy trading volume on Tuesday morning by over 700% to $39.24, after it was announced the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company will be acquired byAllergan(AGN) in a deal valued at up to $1.7 billion." ---------------------------------- Jus putting this up as an example. ONC is still a spec buy but if a buyout happens you won't have time to react or buy shares. I'm in another promising small biotech with the same CEO as above buyout so just putting in as an example.
