The King-king tenement is comprised of approximately 184 mining claims that are owned by Nationwide Development Corporation (NADECOR). The Project is a copper-gold mineral reserve located at Sitio Gumayan, Barangay King-king, Municipality of Pantukan, Davao de Oro, on Mindanao Island, Philippines. Its deposit is a porphyry copper-gold deposit hosted primarily by porphyritic hornblende diorites, submarine volcanic rocks, and volcanoclastic sediments. The sulfide copper mineralization in the King-king deposit consists of chalcopyrite and bornite, with lesser amounts of chalcocite, digenite, and covellite.

RE:RE:CopperI own copper stocks and they have only really started to move in last week or so . First step was over 500 people getting back to work at Oceana's mine . Open pit clearance is the next big hurdle , until then the mining community won't take the Philippine's seriously. The environmentalists have had their way for too long at the expense of the working class , the poor , and the mining companies that need to invest billions $$$ . Covid has destroyed tourism in the Philippines and the government needs $$$ . BTW I do everything I can to reduce my carbon footprint. I live close to work , compost , recycle,grow my own veggies..etc..,
