The Lion Electric Company is a manufacturer of zero-emission vehicles. Conversion des warrants

Conversion des warrants Disnat a fait la conversion de mes NGA warrants US en LEV warrants CAN en me donnant videmment le taux de change en vigueur.Jusque la,tout semble ok.Le warrant US me donnait l'option d'acheter l'action de LEV US au prix de 11,50 US jusqu'en 2026.Maintenant que mon warrant est canadien,est ce qu'il existe un prix en canadien deja etabli pour me procurer l'action?Ou si je devrai payer dans le futur 11,50$US plus le taux de change en vigueur?
Dans le dernier cas,je vois pas vraiment l'interet d'avoir recu des warrants canadiens...
