Neeraj Monga of ANTYA Investments Inc - the author of a recent short and distort piece on WELL - was previously accused of extortion by a company in India who was also the target of a similar piece. His colleague and co-author, Nitin Mangal, was arrested and taken into custody on charges in relation to this.
