Intial observation, shows quite a turn around story developing here. Nice numbers to finish the year , and a wealth of new contracts so far in 2021, particularily the  3 year 20.4 mil  signing Apr 20.----Great insider ownership , and contracts arriving from various different sources. -----   The only question mark would be profit margins. Can they gain a few points on battery/solar contracts.  It does seem if the Senst line of bug repel and protective equipment takes off, margins there,do look a little higher. ----------   I  think this  may be severly  undervalued , and with a few more contracts, could see ,some really surprising positive numbers . Not a high tech /radar  enticing play,  but ''lots of room for share price increase''. One would think a double from this point is very realistic.
