I'm a bit confused on their release of the financials... isn't their official Q1 from January to March? And the numbers they released on their last financials stated Dec 2020 to Feb 2021 "unaudited" Q1? Those numbers were just to finalize all of Compels financials since the merger/acquisition was finalized in March? 


seems like a lot of people are expecting another set of financials to come out for the official Q1 (January to March) by the end of this month as it would be the deadline...

anyone else have a better understanding and care to shed some light?
