RE:RE:RE:It's July nowto my understanding from the report, yes they plan to issue shares. 

in order to make the IPO a success and to create real interest, the company would need to allow more tradable shares. as we all know, the majority of the shares are held by insiders and long term holders like us; and only a very small part ever gets traded.

we simply need more volume to make it more interesting for a lot of investors on the ASX and the number of oustanding shares is very low, so personally I have no concern for new shares related to the IPO.

I really hope that ASX with the support of the German markets (low but stable buying), will take over the leading role from the TSX. Not considering Korean exchange for now...

Today the TSX is lost for companies trying to create longterm shareholder value; at the moment the TSX (V) is sadly a synonym for Pump/Dump. Until they dont change the regulations (e.g. reinstate uptick rule, more stringent regulation on shorting) I dont see any changes in the near future.
