I think we certainly have headwinds in front of us with fewer listings and higher real estate prices. The pandemic has certainly impacted this as fewer people are willing to list their homes during a lockdown. There is an imbalance in supply and demand which lowered the supply of listings while simultaneously increasing the price of homes. Moreover, interest rates are so low that demand for real estate is enticing. Ultimately this will have an impact on growth metrics moving forward as we would like more listings which should equate to more money. Up until now, Urbanimmersive lacked in sales and marketing and they would basically acquire their customers through acquisition. As a shareholder, I would like to see sales and marketing being done organically as well as through acquisitions. If gmv is any indication of future revenue growth then the company is doing just fine, even with the headwind!
