Location Location LocationAs the price stays high and goes higher, copper investors are going to re-discover the value of location.  Tier 1 assets in the Congo are...in the Congo.  

Chile?                  Yikes.  The current bill won't pass, but the direction is clear.
Peru?                   Socialist takeover = higher copper taxes.
Mongolia?            Already threatening confiscation
Congo?                Seriously?
