Trade on OTCBB
NC trading @.41 usd today.  Only reason share price plummeted is b/c of CTO and late filing. Assuming filing is submitted this month, and based on press releases for past two months reporting company growth, sp will bounce back fast once filing made and CTO lifted. So I bought on OTCBB. Now I sit and wait.
