Sage Ranch

Meeting held with the City last Thursday May 6.  Two hours spent at the meeting on the last remaining item, which is the revised water report. We had 3 of our lawyers on our side in attendance.  Our lawyers have agreed to the positive outcome of the water report and its conclusions.  Our lawyers and engineers understand the analyst but its too technical as written for the general public so our water lawyer and the City's water lawyer are speaking today to agree to draft simpler language for the water report (which forms part of the FEIR) to be easy to understand by the general public. Once done, the new report will be final and City Staff can send their final staff report to the Planning Commission to appove the project's entitlement to build. Planning Commission meetings can be held anytime. The City made it clear at Thursday's meeting they want this report completed and this Sage project approved and done. Milestone is sending out the staff report. City wants it done but me harping on them only pushes us back. City does not care about Stockhouse posters.

I speak with Devon everyday.  He has a team of two professional engineers creating the project documents and contracts to be sent to our lenders.  We went over the big names we have as customers and as soon as the ink is dry and project documents completed he will release the news.  He is not letting us know the exact date as he does not know the exact date but he has 200 people to manage and he is fully engaged in getting this done.

Montalva

We have assisted our legal team with affidavits and will respond to the PREB that PREPA cannot dismiss our summons because of lack of jurisdiction. PREB has sole jurisdiction and our motion and affidavits provide the "Points of Authorities" stating which laws state full jurisdiction for PREB.  We have 20 days to reply from last week.  Fully engaged in the RFP process. Congressional members to meet with Natalie to get her to approve the shovel ready projects. Spoke to Congressional Staff members last week to get them up to speed.

Still waiting over 80 days for the TSXV to approve our purchase of 7.3 Million additional shares.  TSXV combined with Covid19 is a big delay. Ever since they work from home it appears .....
