In the Beginning like in any other start up investment is especially important and number one!
WHY HAS ONE SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM AND THIS IS: MONEY !?
There have to be some reasons why the can not get money! Not even for the permitting process! Then where will they get the money for the environmental study? And then equipment? And then Processing plant ? And on and on! The plan to just first produce Mg for the supplement market does not sound so encouraging! There is already tough competition!
IMHO the time for WHY has not yet come or something else is wrong! Maybe later, when the right batteries are developed and tested.
