What is the incremental room in Arx infastructure?

What is the incremental room in Arx infastructure?
I am not as familar with ARC's plants and infastructure as some of my knowledgeable board members. I am curious how much spare plant capacity exists in the current infastructure left for them to fill before they meet their full production potential.

What is the production potential of ARC, in terms of existing capacity before they would be required to make major capital investment, and incurr the costs associated with full cycle economics required to bring production in a emerging play area?

Last quater they produced 350,000 boe/day, this year they forecast 290-305 boe/day, so i am confused on what is the circumstance that would warrent a full cycle spend?

Anxiously awaiting your responces.

IMHO
