For anyone that follows NDM / NAK on even a weekly basis, what you say above in your response is already known. Yes, anyone thinking of actually investing in the company knows this to be true. As a believer in State's rights, it would be great to think Alaska will be the captain of its own ship. However, anyone who denies the power of the US federal government is, at best, playing the "hope" game. Regardless of your beliefs, the US federal government can, and will, drag this out for years if they so desire. So, as a potential investor, the only thing that matters is timing. How long will it take for Alaska to prevail over the feds? With O'Biden in office, the answer is probably at least three more years. That's too bad. Would love to invest in this company now. But, by all appearances, investment now in this company equates to dead money. Again, that's unfortunate because the amount of metals contained therein are substantial to say the least. Politics are dreadful but rule the day. If anyone on this board can make a persuasive argument as to how this company gets necessary permits within the next three years, please do tell.
