The only connection was that ALB strong armed the State of Nevada into cancelling the NEV water right, NEV then went to court and won, the water right was restored to NEV.  Wow, this is huge news, we had to have that exact water right, maybe it is not enough for the full mine, as currently planned, but it is over half of what is needed.  Now CYP just has to find ways to cut water use, maybe we could develope the mine to 75% or more of total plan with that water.  

The reaction of the market is odd, this is such a big win, good job CYP.  Now the path to a mine can be seen.

jmo, but the fact that cyp does not have enough water is why the market reaction was muted

they need more water to promote this project

will they get it........thats the million dollar question
