No not in any naturally occurring compound. However you don't need to parent it to be successful . One can also be successful by patenting a delivery system that solves many of not all of the problems most edible type products have (unstable onset times and inconsistent dosing). Pretty sure non of the fast food chains have a patent on the hamburger yet they all sell millions/tens of millions/billions a year.
