My vote on the spinout was to wait until the other Amigos do it to see how it goes for them.  Since then American Creek spun out Stinger.  It was worth a few cents (0.11324 Stinger shares for each American Creek share), but the Treaty Creek asset is now available for a takeover so we'll see what the final result is at some point.

I don't see any rush.  If TUD announces a spinout of TC I could see a little more urgency maybe.
