AGM Resolution #4

Hey folks - what are CR BB shareholders planning to do regarding voting for #4 at the AGM - the Restricted and Performence Award incentive? I think some BB's are voting against.... can i ask why? Just wanting to vote in the next few days. Good to get everyone's take. TD12
