Thank you for the research and this excellent chart. I’d like to clarify your thinking on this. If memory serves, it seems the release of escrow shares on January 14 2021 and April 14 2021 coincided with subsequent FSX share price weakness.
 
With that in mind, if there is no big FSX news by Oct 14 2021, when almost 3 million shares will be released from escrow, seems it may make sense to lighten up in October in the hopes of buying back much cheaper in the following weeks.

P.S.Wonder if there is more selling to come as a result of the April release...
