RE:Opinion: Hype it up

RE:Opinion: Hype it up

Have to agree.  They have the permitted potential to mine 50000 tons of material that might grade at 4 grams/ton based on the last bulk sample, maybe higher based on 007 assays.  This is zero strip ratio, on surface mining with road access 1.5 hrs from Sudbury mines and mills and smelters.

Back of napkin, 50000 x 4 x 55$ = 11 million $ gross revenue.
Back of napkin 50000 x 12$= 600000 $ mining and transportation cost.
Then there are milling and smelting tolls, but clearly very strong potential.

Ive seen some of these sedimentary orebodies North and east of Sudbury, never anything of this potential size and grade though.  I think this story unfolds quite quickly if Mr Spears can maintain the respect and partnership with First Nations.

The Temagami magnetic anomaly is so strong that in significant stretches of Highway 11 through the area there is no radio reception.  There is also the River Valley PGM occurrence not far south of  Pardo.  This is a strange terrain, outcrops of different minerals at roadside every few miles.  I think perhaps the reason it hasn't been extensively explored is the lure of the Sudbury brownfield nearby to possibly offer up another Nickel Rim or similar.

I don't invest in companies just cause Sprott does, or McEwen does, but when both do I take a look.
I like what I see in resource potential and management thus far.  Wish they were a little more cashed up personally.
Frans
