RE:Cease Trade Order (CTO)This is an interesting reply .....given that they are not confirmng that they have the request makes one wonder if indeed a request has been received.
Sadly, the venture exchange does not have the greatest reputation for effectiveness which reinforces the position that one DOES NOT wait until the 11th hour to submit the necessary paperwork to keep trading as the reversal process can take forever!
On the up-side...at least Management still gets their salary and can hire more staff.......now if we can just get the newly hired IR to actually communicate with the shareholders with an update........
