Claims process from lawyersThe Receiver will establish a formal claims process to be approved by the Court upon the closing of the sale of the Kami Mine.  Once the Court has approved the claims process, the Receiver will provide all known creditors/shareholders a claims package, outlining the process, timing, and instructions on how to file your proof of claim with the Receiver. Distributions will be calculated on a pro rata basis; the amount of the distribution is unknown at this time.
 
Information with respect to the receivership proceedings can be found on the Receiver’s website at Kami Mine et al. (deloitte.ca).
