BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

Thats why you see them clogging the board. 10M shares short need to be buy back. I certainly wont feed them mine. Can you believe we're still under 1B$ market cap ? I don't think you know how shorting works
But curious -  do you think all shorters have the exact same 'buy back' date - whatever you think that term actually means?
If I was shorting, I think I'd wait until the share price drops below $7 - which it should in the short term - after the quarterly financials of both Zena and Hexo, as well as the first actual dilution and $100 million purchase of Coors abondoned warehouse built in 1921.
You know, typical Hexo stuff

 


 

Little Doggy was not on Hexo board until acquisition of Zena.
He was doing the same bash and distort work on the Zena board.
He said that he would be out oh here tomorrow (zena vote).
He is a shorter and anyone listening to him are just idiots :).
