Totally agree MHP, what has to happen for the stock to climb to those numbers? I still can't get a read on how this is perceived on the street. Oil is up again and no big break out for ARX, even the shares traded today are minor, nothing to get excited about. SU, CNQ, TOU, PPL are what the market makers love, no love for ARC, for now.
