easy johnny... You suggested "one side" of the lawsuit... that's what I read. Maybe I read it wrong... so you certainly WERE suggesting that RHT might have been the one responsible for some removal of posts... perhaps you didn't MEAN to say that... maybe your passion for the subject is AFFECTING your writing!

The company has flagged the lawsuit repeatedly... every quarter in fact... in black and white... they certainly haven't hidden anything.
