Benic salary higher than most of the other CEOs in sector

Benic salary higher than most of the other CEOs in sector
but they all have been given load of options and have milked that to the extreme. So thier total compensation dwarfs his. No sense in Benic getting options because they would always be under water.  Still ridiculous the amount of money others are making as well all for very unprofitable businesses.
