My Guess ? - we are the underestimated !!

We're the - polite Canadians - underestimated - north of the US border - non demonstrative - and Jaysus - certainly not innovative - or a threat to American industry ! And here's VERY - with a presence - initially in Canada, doing things right - but also with an an American component- online and production facility-- you've got to like the stealth factor - which we gain -- just by being that benign neighbor to the "north"!! So how to capitalize ?? - instead of "bangers and beef" - do burger - feed the market !! - Do the pork substitute - sausage for the morning market sandwiches - with eggs and buns ! I'm strong on the whole VERY strategy - supply, ability to supply, and cost point (reduced by volume) - and we Canucks could could grab a very significant "plant based food) market !!
