So i decided to google this evening, DGO's address ( corporate ). I need to do a bit more digging, a few things, the building they are in is a "For Sale Building "!
1) So who owns the space they are in. 2) Are they Renting? 3) Does DGO own it, if they do, is it on the balance sheet? 4) If they are renting who is the Landlord
J 103 got me thinking, if they are renting and the Principals are the landords I think we got a problem......building up equity while we pay the rent.....could this be the case? # 203 in the same building is worth $379,000.00
