It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Hey RD,

750 is a big number but they are asking for an equity partner so it's more like 375million. 


that's more manageable than 750 but still a lot. 


while I do agree we have outs, I'm curious to see which path we take...
