RE:RE:RE:RE:Was anyone here able to log on as a shareholder?I think it is fair to say that has already been done as I have expressed these things in the strongest possible terms very publically for months. I have no easy explanation for why they cannot more quickly fix even the most basic of website issues. I don't think there could even be a reasonable explanation for some of the things that have been pointed out. These are really easy things to sort out.

I know you voted in favor of the board so it is to late to change that, but do you not agree that it now be time to flex some of that muscle you have with all those shares and press Paul to do something about the mess of the website/technical difficulties/lack of engagement?

But my point is, even if I am the only dummy who failed to read the directions correctly, the technical problems are kind of legendary at this point.  The inability to get basic fixes to the website is hard to fathom. There is a lot that is hard to fathom.

Despite all those unforced eerrors, the fact remains that they have a very intriguing cancer drug that could turn the stock into a very favorable life altering financial event for all of us and a pretty good shot at NASH as well. So, we endure the technical calamities and hope for the best. At least Christian seems to have his act together and that is far more important than all of this other stuff.

Rusty, I would call Leah. She seemed quite adament that the Instructions were clear that the call was for registered shareholders only and that beneficial owners via brokerages would have to get proxy authority or something in advance. I do not clearly see this either and think it is a cop out. She said she pulled the list yesterday and already knew you werent on it... would that not deserve a call? Would it not make sense to reach out to the person that controlls one of the largest voting blocks to double check all is good for the AGM? FML
