I do think regardless how big or small gaming market is in Canada. Score could be in a good position. Will they be $50 again, I really have my doubts when the big boys are trading in that range. However their market cap isn't much, so a swing could happen for them.  Again, the possibility of raising more funds at a discount and of course selling out at a discount.  These guys have done it before, and no doubt in my eyes that their plan was to do the same here. Sell the company.  Maybe the price on the table was far less than the $50 a share and they are watching it tumble for the exit on purpose. Wouldn't surprise me one bit.
