RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Q1I have seen instances where mgmt is buying the whole company, not just some of the stock , and prior to their bid the stock price is suspiciously weak. Hudson Bay stores. Hbc is a recent example. I doubt that's going on here, but you never know. If it was, they could have/would have bought it a year ago.
