Does tx (transaction) date August 2020 mean that this is the filing front when he bought the shares last year? ....... Would be cool if ES bought more
Aug 7 was the date the shares were bought. Aug 12 was the filing date in sedi.ca
I'm not sure we'll see Mr. Sprott in the open market this year averaging down. He has 2.5 million warrants at $.30 and another 1 million at $1.00. All of the warrants expire this July. I expect we'll see him exercise all for a stake of about 13.14 million shares or about 22% assuming no other new shares/stock options/warrants are issued.
That will give TUO an additional $1.75 million cash to cover expenses in the second half of 2021 without any additional capital raises.
