Your math skills are not bad!  However the 13.7 gpt of material has nothing to do with the volume of gold in the stockpile. It serves only the purpose of gaining recoveries at different gades of material.  How they get the 13.7 gpt is they take material from the same stockpile you clean it.  The more you clean it the higher the concentration of gold. Then you run the material to see what your recoveries are.  I have seen mills run 5 or 6 variations based on 'anticiapted grades' lol.  So multiplying 13.7 gpt x 18.5% is meaningless garbage in garbage out.   What this tells you is simply higher grade cleaner material will have a higher recovery rates.  It ususally cost more to clean materials.  If your recovery rate is not much different you do not bother.  Some gold is pretty clean after going through a trommel..........
