at todays price..share price currently.. using the factor.. number given and current canopy price.. how much is actually being paid.. then subtract to cash we hand over..price will likely drop further yet.... tell me if we are guaranteed the 435 mil.. we would be fools not to buy everthing.... is this not correct..jmho
