COP wanting out of CVE since 2018 as I understand.

COP wanting out of CVE since 2018 as I understand.If LKS was interested in COP shares or CVE was going to buy them back, I don't think COP would be dumping in the open market.   I'm guessing then LKS planning to sell also.     Guessing COP getting out before LKS can dump.   

All just my opinion/view/thinking/guessing.
