Another response from BorisI emailed Boris again asking if the company is still waiting on the OSC response and the answer is yes. It seems as if the OSC is not taking this seriously. Here is his response:

their team leader took off for undisclosed location till coming Monday without notifying anybody. And he did this after we pointed to them on April 30th that the last issue they are forcing upon us was solved by their own ruling two years ago. Hope, they will do what is right next week and we will be able to get on with our business. However, I can't speak for them.
