IMO, we are still on track and I have nothing negative to report.
We have two parties going through their legal matters before they sign off on the binding Partnership Agreement, which is valued at $2.04B-US and equates to $2.49B-CDN today.
The legal process will take whatever amount of time is necessary to get to the end result.
Piskanja is an extremely valuable, complex investment with several conditions that were outlined in the original LOI that need to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
There is no doubt in my mind that Temas will back out of the Partnership Agreement.
As I mentioned 10 days ago, this is a done deal this month.
