RE:PREV Decisionour approval depends on the goodwill of prepa? ...prepa needs to re-submit our project to the fomb?..but why would they do this?they don t want montalva to get approved..they are already fighting 8 years against Grb..they will do everything to Block our project.. A hearing " shortly" ? We know what that means...weeks?months? And if hearing date is set,prepa will say their lawyer is sick or left the country or whatever to delay again...Prepa is laughing with us.. they rather would approve all the other projects than Montalva..they will find again something new to delay us..mark my words..
