It is quite typical of companies that beg for money to create posts from the 3rd world (i.e. look what we are doing in Brazil and Mexico). In terms of education again... massive corruption leads these governments, so there really is no check on what is going on.... Just the hack defending everything.. for years now and no tangible results... hey the Bible and Koran be interpreted too... Best wishes for the future for the true believers!
