Alot of good news is going to start flowing from QIPT. Plus the warrants expire end of June.

I suspect though, if they announce a large aquisition, they will have to do a subsequent large financing. Thus the 1 for 4 reverse split. I assume they are aiming for a stock price of over $10.00, before announcing the financing. Beacon as the underwriter willl defend the stock price, until it closes.

Hang tight, she is going to run over the next few months IMO.
