RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great Q1 results, but what trickles down to shareholders ?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great Q1 results, but what trickles down to shareholders ?So an insider of a forest products company could buy shares 2 weeks before the Q end, knowing the current almost completed quarter's revenue numbers would be a blow out, and not be possibly considered to be trading on undisclosed material information -  "because everyone knows wood prices are up"? Does everyon know the specific affect on every forest products company revenue?

Why did WEF spike after its earmings last week? Why did GEO spike this week - after all, everyone knew about commodity prices already.

If the above is not enough (or correct), would it have been possible to buy 690k shares on March 15 without moving the market? After, as you say, all the possible sellers know commodity prices are up, so would want more $ if there was a 690k share bid.

What is with the " I am happy to lose 50% of the upside to insiders" attitude?  Is this attitude for real?!

Cranium sounds like a GEO IR Person. If so,  I am fairly sure Cranium should not be on this board - look up the rules.
