WSP is certainly having a long look at SNC right now..
Add some dividends from the 407, money in the bank from completion of oil/gas division sale, positive cash flow..and you are looking at a very healthy 40$+ stock by the end of this year
Or 55$ after an offer on the table at 30%+ over sp at that time
